Beneath the Baobab is a six-course seasonal tasting journey that captures Africa’s landscapes through flavor and craft. From coastal smoke to forest greens, each course evokes the continent’s rhythm and connection to land, guided by Chef Selassie Atadika and the Midunu team.
Guests share one communal table indoors at Midunu House, where conversation and curiosity intertwine. Each course is paired with thoughtfully selected wines or artisanal juice infusions, reflecting a taste of place and a moment in time.
