On and Off Site Dining

Midunu offers a small number of on- and off-site dining experiences, shaped by season, place, and purpose.

In addition to our Thursday tasting menu, guests may reserve the Midunu table privately or inquire about select off-site engagements. All non–tasting menu experiences are offered on a limited, request-only basis and reviewed individually.

Private Dining at Midunu House

Private dining at Midunu offers the same seasonal tasting menu in a private setting.

The experience takes place in the same tasting space at Midunu House and is designed for guests who wish to gather without sharing the table with other diners. While the menu remains consistent with the current season, private dining allows for flexibility around start time and flow.

Private dining is offered selectively during the season and is not available on all dates.

Off-Site Dining & Special Engagements

Midunu also undertakes a limited number of off-site dining experiences and special engagements, both in Ghana and internationally.

Off-site tastings are based on the same seasonal tasting menu, with thoughtful adjustments made only where required by location or equipment. Pricing reflects the additional logistics, staffing, and equipment involved in producing the experience outside Midunu House.

Cocktail-style receptions, featuring small bites inspired by the tasting menu, may also be considered for select off-site events.

All off-site engagements are reviewed by inquiry and accepted only when they align with Midunu’s seasonal calendar and creative focus.
