Midunu Tasting Menu
The Midunu Tasting Menu is a seasonal, Thursday-only dining experience.
Offered during select months of the year, the tasting menu reflects Midunu’s ongoing culinary research, storytelling, and engagement with African foodways. Each season features a fixed menu, served communally, and shaped by the rhythms of the land and the questions guiding our work at the table. Guests are seated around a communal table, where conversation flows as freely as the flavors themselves.
This season’s experience draws inspiration from across Africa — from Brazzaville to Addis Ababa, from cocoa groves to coastal fires. Expect familiar comforts reimagined and new discoveries that linger long after the final sip.
