Fresh from our Netflix binge of High of the Hog and celebrating Juneteenth, our upcoming dinner will feature some of the key ingredients that went across the Atlantic and have become a cornerstone of American foodways. Cowpeas, okra, rice, greens, and watermelon will all be having their day in the limelight. We’ve made sure to include some of Chef Selassie’s personal favorites, cornbread bread pudding and, wait for it...apple pie!
